I'm excited that you have decided to embark on the 7-week Mental Fitness journey with me!

Step 1

Download the Positive Intelligence mobile app

The flagship PQ App allows you to access your daily mental fitness exercises, coach challenges, journal and audiobook of Positive Intelligence. Download and register using the email address where you're receiving my email.

Step 2

Watch the first video on app

Your latest video training sessions will be unlocked this Saturday and each Saturday afterwards, right in the mobile app.

You can access them by clicking on the Modules tab of the app. The videos are broken into segments to fit into your busy schedule. You have the weekend through Monday to watch them. 

Watch the first video: Week 1: Self-Command. Please make a note in your calendar to remind yourself to watch the latest videos when available.

Step 3

Explore the PQ App

You don’t have to wait until the video becomes available on Saturday to get started. Go explore the App, where you will find a community forum. In this gym, you can get started strengthening your mental fitness and the audio version of the Positive Intelligence book (find it by clicking the Modules tab.)

If you’d prefer to read the book, you can download and begin reading chapters 1-8 of Positive Intelligence. Reading a couple of chapters a week is a great way to familiarize yourself with the foundational principles and language the Positive Intelligence program built upon.

Step 4

Adjust your Notification Settings

To keep you accountable, the app will remind you to do your Mental Fitness exercises 3x a day during the week. You can adjust your settings in the PQ App. Click on Profile → Hamburger menu on the top right corner → Select ‘Schedule’ → update your start time.

Step 5

Attend our Weekly Pod Meeting

You’re part of a support and accountability group called a Pod. Our Pod will meet each week for one hour. Check your calendar for time and zoom dial-in information.
